At Bandhan World Matrimony, operated by Bandhan Connect LLP, we strive to provide the best possible services to our members. If you're not satisfied with our services, we have a fair refund policy in place.

1. Eligibility for Refund

- Refunds are applicable for premium membership packages only, including but not limited to:

    - Basic Premium Package

    - Standard Premium Package

    - Elite Premium Package

- Refund requests must be made within the validity period of the package.

- Only members who have paid for their premium membership packages are eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

- To request a refund, members need to contact our customer support team via:

- Members must provide their:

    - Membership ID/Profile ID

    - Payment receipt/Invoice number

    - Reason for refund request

- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the request.

- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the member.

3. Refund Amount

- Refund amount will be calculated based on the package validity period and usage.

- If a member has used any services (e.g., express interests, contact info views), the refund amount will be deducted accordingly.

- The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

    - If the member has not used any services: Full package amount - (package amount * (used days / total package days))

    - If the member has used services: Full package amount - (package amount * (used days / total package days)) - (charges for services used)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

- Refunds will not be provided if a member has:

    - Misused or violated our terms and conditions

    - Provided false or inaccurate information

    - Engaged in any form of harassment or abuse towards other members or staff

- No refunds will be given after the package validity period has expired.

- Refunds will not be provided for any services or features that are free or complimentary.

5. Amendments and Cancellation

- Bandhan World Matrimony reserves the right to modify or cancel this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

- Members will be notified of any changes to the refund policy through email or website notification.

- Any disputes or issues related to refunds will be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
